Ordering Custom Butchered Meat

An introduction!

Have you ever thought about buying in bulk, but you're intimidated by the process? Let's talk about how it works...

Step 1: Pick out your share type and size! Select your species, what share size you would like, and submit your deposit to reserve your animal.

  • Grass-fed Beef - 1/4 beef share, 1/2's, Wholes
  • Grass-finished Lamb - 1/2's, Wholes
  • Pasture-raised Pork - 1/2's, Wholes
  • Pasture-raised Turkey- Whole fresh turkey available Thanksgiving week!

Step 2: Determine your cuts! Work with your butcher to determine how you would like your 1/2 or whole animal butchered, and coordinate pickup or delivery with your farmer.

Step 3: Pay for your share! You will pay Walker Farms for the hanging weight, and the processor for the butchering. If you've opted for on-farm pickup or home delivery, all invoices must be paid by the time we head to pick up your meat from the butcher.
