Work with your butcher to determine how you would like your 1/2 or whole animal butchered, and coordinate pickup or delivery with your farmer.
You will pay Walker Farms for the hanging weight, and the processor for the butchering.
Critters come in all shapes and sizes. Some of our animals are smaller framed heritage breeds, and some grow up to be a bit bigger. All estimates listed below are heavy estimates and will vary from animal to animal. Your take-home product weight will also vary depending on how you have your share cut.
