Beef Roast

The rub in the recipe is just one way you can season your roast, but the instructions for how to cook it can be used for any rub recipe. Make sure you don't leave it in the oven too long, it will continue to cook when you let take it out and let it rest! Recipe courtesy - https://www.frugalmomeh.com/2016/07/sirloin-tip-roast.html
