Kielbasa is a type of sausage that originated in Poland. It's well known for its smoky and savory flavor, often being paired with sides such as roasted red potatoes or cabbage. I confess, it also goes super well with Macaroni and cheese - sorry, not sorry.

Our Kielbasa is made with 50% pasture raised pork and 50% grass fed beef.
