Lamb Ribs are equivalent to what we would consider the "spare ribs" on a pig. Best when roasted low and slow, covered in foil until the end. Lamb is an incredibly rich-tasting protien which lends itself to bold flavors hailing from across Europe, Asia, and South America. One package of Lamb Ribs can feed two adults comfortably.
