Bacon Ends come from the end of the belly, or what's left after cutting everying into 1/16" perfection. Ends are most often used for making home made baked beans, chowders, bacon bits, or toppings for salads or pizzas!

Pro-tip: Save back your drippings to fry your eggs, season your cast iron or saute your veggies for a little added flavor!
