The time has come to reserve your 1/8 beef variety pack. Our grass-fed, grass-finished beef is aged to perfection and processed by award-winning butchers. Each box is crafted with care, splitting cuts and ground evenly between each box so you get a great variety of roasts, steaks, ground, and seasonal cuts.
