Ingredients
- (1) English Muffin
- (1 slice / 1 oz) Cheese
- (2) Bacon - Nitrate Free
- (1-2 Eggs) Dozen Large Eggs
Directions
1.Cook the bacon
2. Cook eggs how you like them. In order to keep the eggs 'confined' to be the size for a sandwich, keep pushing the egg toward the side of the pan while it cooks. After it is cooked on the bottom it will stop spreading. Or the easy way would be to cook the egg inside of a cookie cutter in the pan!
3. While the eggs and bacon are cooking cut some cheese and toast your english muffin or bread.
4. Assemble the sandwich! Place eggs on english muffin, cheese on top of the egg so it melts and then the bacon.
