This quiche is great for breakfast or dinner. We made one and had it for dinner the first night and breakfast the next two days! Cohen even ALMOST tried some since he likes eggs.
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour 5 minutes
Servings: 8 adults
Ingredients
- (1 Cup) Ham Steak
- (4) Eggs
- (2 Cups) Half and Half
- (1/4 tsp) Salt
- (1/4 tsp) Pepper
- (1/4 tsp) Paprika
- (1 Cup shredded) Cheddar Cheese
- (1/3 Cup) Green Onions
- (1 9inch) Pie Crust
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425*
- Beat 4 eggs with a fork
- Add 2 cups half and half
- Add salt, pepper and paprika, mix well.
- Put your pie crust in the pie plate, add cheese
- Sprinkle green onions and ham on top of the cheese
- Add the egg mixture to the pie pan on top of the cheese, onions and ham
- CAREFULLY put in the oven as it will be very liquidy and spill (yep, I spilled some!)
- Bake at 425* for 20 minutes, then reduce the oven to 325* and cook another 45 minutes
