Ground beef is so versatile, and we get stuck making the same recipes over and over. This one is a super easy twist on a Sloppy Joe.

Ingredients
- (1 lb) 85/15 Ground Beef
 - (2 Tbsp) Butter - Millerville Co-Op Creamery
 - (1 small diced) Yellow Onion
 - (1 diced) Green Pepper
 - (8 ounces diced) Mushrooms
 - (2 Tbsp) Ketchup
 - (1 Tbsp) Worcestershire
 - (1 Cup) Beef Broth
 - (1 Tbsp) Cornstarch
 - (6-8oz shredded or diced) Provolone Cheese
 - (6) Hamburger Buns
 - Salt & Pepper
 
Directions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet with salt and pepper
 - Remove the beef from skillet and add the butter, onions, peppers and mushrooms to the pan
 - Cook until the onions are translucent, 3-4 minutes
 - Add the beef back into the pan In a small cup, mix the beef broth and corn starch together
 - In the pan, add the ketchup, worcestershire, salt, pepper, & beef broth mixture into the pan
 - Cook until the mixture is thickened, 3-5 minutes
 - Turn off the heat and stir in the cheese
 - Serve on a bun. Our favorite is Brioche
