Ingredients
- (1 pkg) Italian Sausage
- Cheese
- Buns
Directions
- Thaw the Italian Sausage
- Slice cheese of choice
- Divide and shape Italian sausage into 1/4 lbs patties
- Preheat grill or frying pan
- Grill patties on the grill or in the frying pan until well done.
- Lay cheese over top of patties until melted.
- Serve with veggies, chips, or polenta!
Our favorite combinations have been: smoked Havarti and pretzel buns, herbed mozzarella and ciabatta bread, provolone and Udi’s gluten-free Burger buns.
