Italian Burger

Coming up with quick and simple recipes can sometimes be more difficult than planning a 5-course meal. Our Italian burger recipe is one of the simplest and quickest meals we’ve ever made!



  1. Thaw the Italian Sausage
  2. Slice cheese of choice 
  3. Divide and shape Italian sausage into 1/4 lbs patties
  4. Preheat grill or frying pan
  5. Grill patties on the grill or in the frying pan until well done. 
  6. Lay cheese over top of patties until melted. 
  7. Serve with veggies, chips, or polenta!

Our favorite combinations have been: smoked Havarti and pretzel buns, herbed mozzarella and ciabatta bread, provolone and Udi’s gluten-free Burger buns.
